NEAT                  Use NEAT features

Hardware level paging of EMS with 286 and 386 NEAT-chipset and AWARD, AMI
or Phoenix BIOS. EMS page frame can be allocated above 640Kb, and save
64 Kb of conventional memory. Used with NEAT option, EMS performance is
improved. Hardware setup of NEAT-board may need to be changed. For instance
DRAM refresh interleave has to be diabled.
